We’re going to be closed for daypasses and rentals until further notice. Not quite ready to give up on the season just yet, but certainly not good enough conditions to charge people for right now.

If we get some more snow, we will get out and groom. Trails are still there for people to use. They are snow covered but patchy in places.

Grooming the trails right now - they will be done by 10ish. Should be really nice skiing today. Firm but not icy. We’re open this weekend from 10-4.

Also, please don’t have fires out on our trails. Especially not right in the middle of the trail. You’ve left a nice hole right in the ski surface. You are welcome to have a fire in the appropriate equipment at our warming hut at Porcupine Palace.

Finally, please no snowmobiles on our trails. I know you did your best to stay to the side and cross over them minimally, but it still damages the work that we try and do to maintain a place for non motorized outdoor winter activities.

Trails have been freshly groomed after the snow. We got quite a bit so they will be a little soft until we get out and groom again.

Had a few mishaps along the way - stuck in a few places and had to winch ourselves out, but we will clean those spots up next time we are out!

A little mix up in scheduling today so we are delayed opening until noon. Back to normal tomorrow.
