Always have fun while you workout. Under the guide of a professional, speak up if a certain exercise is particularly boring for you. You can find a much more enjoyable one which will have the same results.

When we donโ€™t like what we are doing, stress levels increase, cortisol increases and that makes reaching our goals more difficult. Plus, the load on our mental health is greater. ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿ˜ญ

So always make sure you HAVE FUN, because this is the most important thing! ๐Ÿ’—๐ŸŽ‰
