This whitetail is just as pretty as they come!

From the red forehead to the giant white throat patch and the red willow stains on the bases of his antlers, he sure makes for an eye-catching mount. A memory that will be preserved and cherished for many years.

The “lip curl”

When a buck, bull, or ram curls their upper lip during the rut and someone is there to witness it or take a video, it makes for a pretty cool experience.

This very unique non-typical buck made a great display of rut activity before he was taken by a well deserving hunter. Definitely one of my favourite mounts to date

We are one day away from the November r***e season! Once again, I will be looking to purchase capes or give a credit for donor capes. I will be looking for whitetail, mule deer and elk capes. If you need a refresher on skinning an animal for a shoulder mount here are a couple pictures to go off of. I can always cut the cape shorter but I can’t make it longer so take as much cape as you can! Good luck out there everyone, I can’t wait to see what this year holds in store! 🦌

This incredible buck was found dead by a hunter who followed him for a few years. It’s never easy finding your target buck like this, but the chance to display them proudly serves as a reminder of how resilient these old boys can be. A donor cape and a little form altering and this big guy is ready for the wall!
