A huge congratulations to Coach Allynna on an incredible swim at the 2026 BCSSA Provincials! 🏊‍♀️

Allynna brought home a 🥈 silver medal in the 100m Breaststroke — and even more impressively, took an incredible 4.47 seconds off her personal best! 🤯👏

What a swim and what an accomplishment!

We had to make a special post for this little Aquanauts accomplishments at the 2026 BCSSA Provincials!

Archer had an amazing meet, bringing home🥇 50 Fly, 🥈 100 IM and 🥉 50 Breast, along with a 6th-place finish in 50 Back!

What an accomplishment for a first-year Division 1 swimmer👏 We are so proud of how Archer handled the pressure of such a big meet, and stayed focused.

Competing at this level at only 8 years old is something to be incredibly proud of!

Way to go, Archer! 💙🤍

Provincials 2026 💙🏊‍♀️

What a week for our Aquanauts! 💙

Five of our swimmers traveled to Kamloops to represent the Castlegar Aquanauts at the 2026 BCSSA Provincials, and we couldn’t be more proud of each one of them!

Two of our Aquanauts came home with medals 🥇🥉, but Provincials was about so much more than what happened on the podium. It was about friendships, team spirit, cap trading, cheering each other on, laughing together, and making memories that will last long after the meet is over. 💙

For these swimmers, it was an opportunity to compete at a high level, challenge themselves, and experience what it means to be part of something bigger than just your own lane.

A special shout-out to Regional Coach Reuben Demmler for supporting and coaching our swimmers throughout Provincials. We are so grateful for the time, encouragement and energy you put into helping our Aquanauts have such a positive and memorable experience! 👏💙

We are so proud of all five swimmers for representing Castlegar with determination, sportsmanship and Aquanaut spirit!

A special shout-out to our amazing coaching team who have supported, guided and encouraged these swimmers every step of the way. The countless hours on deck, corrections, encouragement, hard work and belief in our swimmers have helped get them to this point. These accomplishments are a reflection of the dedication of our coaches just as much as the hard work of our swimmers. 💙
