Now that the Coldest Night of the Year walk is over, I’ve been reflecting on how powerful community really is.

Seeing our studio come together — donating, sharing, walking, encouraging — reminded me that what we build here isn’t just about movement. It’s about support, connection, and showing up for each other and for our wider community.

Thank you again to everyone who was part of this.
I feel incredibly proud of this space and the people in it. 💙

We just want to say a huge THANK YOU to our incredible studio community and larger community outside of the studio!

Because of your support, generosity, and encouragement, we were able to take part in the Coldest Night of the Year and help raise funds for people in our community facing homelessness, hunger, and housing insecurity.
