I am officially done teaching classes this past week while we wait for Baby # 2 🥰 Thankyou for your continued support over the years, it truly means so much to me. From those of you who have been with me for years to those who just started, you all have touched my heart and I love being a small part of your life! I will hopefully be back with you as early as in the fall 🍂
In the meantime the classes I created for you are still ongoing being instructed by truly great instructors helping me out!

This is not just a workshop—it’s an embodied journey, meant to be felt, not explained. No two experiences are ever the same, because no two souls are the same.

Yoga Fusion
This class is a strength, balance, cardio, core, flexibility class inspired by moves derived from yoga, pilates and funtional fitness. Expect high intensity, no impact to work on your strength with flow movements from standing to mat including push-ups, planks, lunges and squats, your balance, and your flexibility at the end with a stretching sequence. MWF 830am

Gentle Strength and Conditioning for Older Adult
This class is a strength, balance, cardio, core, flexibility class structured for older adult- but anybody welcome! All exercises are done standing or in a chair (never on the ground) Expect to work on your strength with bands, balls and light dumbells, your balance, cardio with some fun moves, and flexibility. This class can be modified for beginners or made more advanced for intermediate. Wherever your fitness level lies currently I'm sure I can accommodate you in this class and help you feel stronger and more confident 💪 MWF 10am.

Seated Chair
This class is ran in 6 week sessions, and typically free! Contact for dates! Strength with bands, mobility and stretching, mostly all in the chair. Especially focus on mobility, balance and fall prevention.

Seated Chair Class Description; I especially focus on mobility, balance and fall prevention for older adult. We will do strength exercises with bands, mobility moves and stretching, mostly all in the chair! Easy to follow, low risk program focused on maintaining strength, flexibility and wellness.

Gentle Fitness - Level Up Class Description; A step (or two!) up from Seated Chair Classes. An easy to follow, low impact, low to moderate intensity class for adults. Designed for those that may have some limited mobility, helping increase confidence and improve balance, strength, core stability and flexibility. Also includes low to moderate intensity cardio to help build up endurance. This class will be offered with a combination of seated and standing exercises, allowing you to choose the intensity that is appropriate for you on any given day.

Expect the first 45 mins to be work! Moves derived from yoga in a flowing sequence, add in variations of pushups, planks, squats and lunges to burn calories and build lean muscle. Finish the hour class with stretching and relaxation.
