Yoga Fusion
This class is a strength, balance, cardio, core, flexibility class inspired by moves derived from yoga, pilates and funtional fitness. Expect high intensity, no impact to work on your strength with flow movements from standing to mat including push-ups, planks, lunges and squats, your balance, and your flexibility at the end with a stretching sequence. MWF 830am
Gentle Strength and Conditioning for Older Adult
This class is a strength, balance, cardio, core, flexibility class structured for older adult- but anybody welcome! All exercises are done standing or in a chair (never on the ground) Expect to work on your strength with bands, balls and light dumbells, your balance, cardio with some fun moves, and flexibility. This class can be modified for beginners or made more advanced for intermediate. Wherever your fitness level lies currently I'm sure I can accommodate you in this class and help you feel stronger and more confident 💪 MWF 10am.
Seated Chair
This class is ran in 6 week sessions, and typically free! Contact for dates! Strength with bands, mobility and stretching, mostly all in the chair. Especially focus on mobility, balance and fall prevention.
