YOU ASKED FOR IT — AND WE DELIVERED!

We’ve officially put together an ARG All-Female Season Prep Camp on Saturday, August 15 and Sunday, August 16, from 8:30 AM–2:00 PM in Cochrane!

We know this announcement is a little last minute, but we’ve heard from enough families who wanted an opportunity built specifically for female goaltenders. So, we made it happen.

We’ve assembled a great female coaching staff, and Tatiana Straathof Master your FOCUS will also be joining us. Our coaches won’t just work with the goalies on the ice, they’ll also share their journeys, experiences and what it took for them to succeed along their different paths.

We’ll have two separate training groups:

🥅 High Performance Prospect Group
Built for experienced, high-level female goaltenders preparing for the upcoming season.
$499 + GST

🥅 All-Ages Prospect Group
Open to female goalies of all ages and experience levels, including beginners who are still learning the position.
$449 + GST

The goal is to give every goalie the right pace, instruction and challenge level while creating a strong female-only environment where they can train, learn and connect.

AR3 ELITE TRYOUT PREP MINI CAMP

Tryouts come fast.

One week you’re enjoying summer, the next week someone is handing out evaluation jerseys and goalies are expected to be sharp immediately. That’s the reality. This camp is built to make sure our goalies are ready when that moment comes.

Our AR3 Elite Tryout Prep Mini Camp is designed to help goalies get mentally, technically, and physically prepared for the goalie evaluation portion of tryouts.

August 19–21
3 Day Camp

This camp will focus on the details that matter when evaluations start:

✅ AM puckhandling + mobility

WELCOME TO THE AR3 FAMILY.

This is a big one.

We are proud to officially announce that former NHL goaltender Aaron Dell has joined the AR3 coaching staff.

Aaron’s path to the NHL was not built on hype, privilege, or shortcuts.

It was built on work.

Undrafted out of junior hockey, Aaron earned every opportunity throughout a 13-year professional career that led to 130 NHL games, 50 NHL wins, and seven seasons competing against the best players in the world.

That experience cannot be faked.

It cannot be bought.

It can only be lived.

At AR3, our mission has always been to surround our athletes with coaches who understand what it truly takes to get where our goalies want to go. Not just the technical side of the position, but the habits, preparation, adversity, professionalism, mindset, and daily standards required to keep climbing.

Our commitment has always been simple: provide our goalies with opportunities and mentorship that simply are not available in most goalie programs.

Today, that commitment takes another step forward.

With Aaron joining our staff, AR3 goalies now have direct access to another coach who has competed at the highest level of hockey and understands the road from being overlooked to earning everything.
