For June we’ll be running a Run 50/50.
This time in support of the Everybody Plays Fund.

This is a local program that supports local youth allowing everyone access to sports.

Walking or running counts, but must be intentional movement (no daily step tallies). Utilize the Google doc (link below) to keep your tally going and to keep the competition motivated!
Buy in by $20 donation.
Every 10km gets you an entry into the draw at the end of the month.

Hopper season is coming!

July - Aug
9 Mondays (1 will be a Tuesday for the long weekend)
9 WODs

This time we’ll be drawing for a prize for anyone with a full score card.

$10 buy in.

But first- we need to fill the Hopper with WODs. So if you’d like to participate you need to put down a WOD you’d like to see pulled (include weights and your name).

We’ve had so many requests to bring back our kids programs!

Starting April 27 and running until June 27th, we will be running a specialized program for kids ages 10-16.

Monday and Wednesday 3:30-4:15pm: Conditioning
-this will focus on getting the heart rate up. We’ll be running, skipping, and using the cardio equipment to increase endurance.

Followed by Skill and Strength 4:15-5:00pm:
-this will focus on the skills used in our adults classes: pushing, pulling, squatting movements. First we focus on technique and then we add intensity.

Attend one or attend both!

We’re doing Murph.

Every Memorial Day, something unique happens inside CrossFit affiliates around the world.

People gather with a mission.
Tape their hands.
Lace up their shoes.
Write names on whiteboards.

And together, they take on Murph.

For some, it’s their first time.
For others, it’s a tradition years in the making.
But every rep carries the same purpose:
to honor the life and sacrifice of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy.

Murphy was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005, during Operation Red Wings. He was later awarded the Medal of Honor for his courage and selflessness in combat.

The workout Murph was one of his favorites.

Originally called Body Armor, it became a CrossFit Hero workout in 2005 and has since become one of the most meaningful traditions in the CrossFit community.

1-mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1-mile run

Done together.
Done with purpose.
Done in remembrance.

But Murph was never meant to be about finishing first or doing it unbroken.

It’s about showing up.

For your community.
For the person next to you.
For something bigger than yourself.

Every year, affiliates around the world take on Murph side by side — first-timers alongside Games athletes, scaled athletes alongside Rx’d competitors, entire communities moving together with shared purpose.

That’s what makes Murph different.

It’s not just a workout in CrossFit.

It represents what CrossFit is capable of becoming when challenge, sacrifice, and community come together.
