Adding a flex band over the shins to challenge stability and also add resistance for thenshoulder pulses.

Modifications
1. Lower the head
2. Legs on an angle with the band around the feet
3. Feet on the floor

My dog Kona is practically flossing with the flex band 😂 but, it’s the way I’m practicing at home these days so I thought instead of re-doing it, it just adds to the challenge.
