October 17, 2024, 7-9 p.m. – Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Venue: Carp Mess Hall, 2240 Craig Side Rd.

Please mark the date for the AGM on your calendar. The club has expanded considerably and we are in a good financial position that allows us to consider future options. These are your membership dollars and we really need your input concerning directions that the Board should take. It is also a nice time to gather socially as we contemplate the closing of the courts for the season.

If any of you have items that you would like placed on the agenda, please let us know.....in advance of the meeting, if possible.

The draft agenda and other documents will be sent out next week.

Light refreshments will be provided at the meeting.

ALL MEMBERS (GUESTS WELCOME)!

Come join us between 11am and 4pm (rain day Sunday) as the end of the season approaches for a special time at the courts.

Activities include: Smash cage (to be confirmed); free clinic with the pro; kids play and friendly round robin.

Pizza and refreshments will be served.

A huge turnout at this year's opening day, thanks to the support from members and guests, and mother nature! Kudos to the club board for organizing such a fun-filled event!

Hi Members,

We are hoping to see you on Saturday......PLEASE DROP-IN AT ANY TIME BETWEEN 1 AND 4PM.

However, to help us plan for the events, please send us a reply indicating your interest in participating in any or all of the following:

ADVANCED JUNIOR TOURNAMENT (limited to 8, 4 spots already taken, 17 and under, PRIZES for all)
1-2pm TIPS & DRILLS (all levels, all ages)
2pm PIZZA
3-4pm ROUND ROBIN (all levels, all ages [mini-nets for younger juniors)
3-3:30 YOGA IN THE PARK (with Penny, children welcomed with parents/guardians)

The 5-session clinic program for kids provided by Adamson's Tennis Academy is scheduled to start tomorrow – on Saturday, May 27th (June 3, 10,17, and 24)

The program is for kids 6 - 12,

Cost is $85 (regular price of $110 but subsidized by the club for member-participants in the amount of $25).

Non-members are welcome to register - cost $110
