Today is Epiphany—
and since I’m not religious, I’m choosing to think of it through its Greek meaning: manifestation.

Got 15 minutes? Grab a pair of dumbbells and try this quick workout!

Set a 15 min timer to beep every minute (there are plenty of apps capable of this). ⏱️

Press start and complete 12 squats, test the remainder of the minute and when it beeps start the next exercise. Complete 3 rounds and pause the timer to rest between rounds of you need! 💪

If you feel the reps are too rushed and you don't have enough time to rest or switch exercises simply lessen the number of reps to 10 or 8. :)

This is a fun short full body workout to get you moving, use all of your major muscle groups and kick start your New Year workout habits! 🎉🎊

If you’re still following me—
first of all, thank you. I really appreciate it. I genuinely hope I can do right by you by sharing things that are useful, truthful, and add something positive to your life.

I know I haven’t always been the most consistent with my content, and I often lean on reposting or sharing things from others—usually because they say what I wish I could articulate myself.

Sometimes I wish I had more confidence, more eloquence, or a lifestyle that felt more “influential.” Not because I want to be famous or popular—I don’t—but because I want to do things in my life that truly help others. I want to reach the people who resonate with what I have to offer, and I want to be trusted enough to be invited into their lives in some small way.

It’s January 1, 2026.
The start of a new calendar year… but also just another day.

It doesn’t have to be the beginning of a whole new life. We’re already living. And while this time of year is often used for reflection—and that still has value—it’s also just a day. So if you didn’t start the resolutions today, that’s okay.

You have tomorrow.
And the next day.
And the rest of your life to keep working on yourself.

It’s not only the end goal that should make you happy.
If you don’t find joy in the journey, the goal itself will feel bittersweet.
Think about a dream wedding—months of planning, stress, excitement, late nights… all for one day.
A marathon takes months of training, setbacks, small wins, and mental battles—also for one day.
Writing a book can take years, yet we only celebrate the moment it’s published.
If the only thing you believe will make you happy is that final moment—that one day—then what happens when it’s over?
Learning to enjoy the progress, the repetition, the leaps forward and the backward falls doesn’t just make the journey better.
It makes the goal more meaningful—and reminds you it was never just about a moment.

If you haven't heard of volume eating i suggest you seriously look into it!
I like food, i like to eat a lot of food but also at the moment I'd like to shed a little extra weight. So I'm working on making my meals bigger while keeping the calories on the lower side!
This huge bowl of oatmeal, yogurt (with added protein and chia seeds), and chopped cherries felt like a big meal, kept me full until lunch, provided me with over 30g of protein and was under 400 calories.
