Had a good prologue day. I have a lot of respect for for creating a great day on course with a taste of everything from rappelling waterfalls.. Canyoneering, scary exposure mt bike, ocean swimming to a crab boat, biking down rivers, mt biking on the beach (sounds romantic but is super hard, note to self import real sand to SD for training) slack line, toboggan (don't ask) and a crazy trek straight up 2,000. . Tons of respect for adventure racers this is wild!
