If you have ever thought of trying out the Martial Arts come by a take a class. Currently, I teach Saturday mornings from 11:00 to 12:30.
I also teach a one hour class at AnyTime Fitness in Carleton Place on Thursday night at 6 until 7. Drop in for a class.

Teens and adults at this time. Looking to re instate kids classes soon.
