Please join the Carberry North Cypress Langford Fire Department in congratulating Firefighter Jeremy Bates on successfully completing his NFPA 1001 Level 2 Firefighter certification!

This is an incredible accomplishment and a testament to Jeremy’s dedication, determination, and commitment to the fire service.

NFPA 1001 Level 2 represents a significant step forward in a firefighter’s development, building on the skills and knowledge gained at Level 1 and preparing firefighters for greater responsibilities and more complex operations on the fireground.

Behind this certification are countless evenings, weekends, training days, practical skills sessions, studying, and hours spent pushing himself to become a better firefighter. The time and effort required to reach this level are substantial, and Jeremy has earned this achievement.

Jeremy, congratulations on reaching NFPA 1001 Level 2. Your continued commitment to training makes our department stronger and our community safer.

Please join us in congratulating 3 outstanding members of the Carberry North Cypress Langford Fire Department on successfully completing their NFPA 1001 Level 1 Firefighter certification!

This accomplishment represents over 200 hours of training, countless evenings and weekends, long days and a tremendous amount of dedication. These firefighters put in the time to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to operate safely and effectively on the fireground.

From hose lines and ladders to search and rescue, fire attack and countless other skills, they have worked hard to earn this certification — and they should be extremely proud of what they have accomplished.

🪖 A New Helmet, A New Responsibility

At the Carberry North Cypress Langford Fire Department, completing your firefighter training comes with a new special tradition. Our newly trained firefighters switch their yellow helmets for a new issued a black helmet, signifying that they have completed their training and earned the skills necessary to begin putting their training into action on the fireground.

That black helmet represents more than just a piece of equipment. It represents dedication, commitment, teamwork, sacrifice, and the responsibility that comes with being a firefighter.

To our 3 newest certified firefighters — congratulations! Your hard work has paid off, and we are proud to have you on the team.
