Just a reminder: Chair Yoga is now on Tuesdays at 2pm and the evening yoga class is now on Thursdays at 7pm (previously Wed 7pm).

Today was a nice big class, it seems as though word is getting out about the free downtown yoga. People come alone. As well, colleagues from various workplaces are arriving in small groups, this is so nice to see! 🌞

Teaching at Memorial Park, downtown Sudbury, has taught me so much about the world around me, and myself. I am so grateful for these experiences 🙏
She didn't think she could do it.
I think she used the word "can't".
I encouraged.
She didn't give up...
And then....she got it.
And the bowl sang! 🎵
