Over the course of 5 months, Jess achieved an impressive transformation by losing a total of 32lbs of scale weight.
Before joining Unstressd, she had faced previous challenges in competition, she had dropped to as low as 800-900 calories, making it difficult to return to a sustainable routine post competition.
This time, our focus was on developing her shoulders and building up her glutes. She reached a minimum of 1200 calories per week, with the majority of her preparation at 1600 calories.
Jess showed up weighing in 5lbs heavier than her last show, she showcased more muscle and a leaner physique while consuming more calories!
We are excited to see her growth continued in the off-season.
