From the people taking your reservations and answering your emails to the guides joining you on the river, this team makes the whole experience what it is.

They’re a passionate, energetic bunch of characters who love what they do and love this place they get to call home. They bring the laughs, handle the details and put so much care into making every guest feel welcome.

Take a look at our reviews and you’ll notice something: almost every one mentions a crew member by name. That’s HUGE. It says a lot about the connections these people make and the impression they leave.

To our community, neighbours and local businesses, thank you for sending visitors our way, recommending us to friends and supporting what we do. Those connections mean so much to us, and we’re proud to be part of this community.

To our guests, thank you for making us part of your summer. Whether you came from down the road or across the world, we’re grateful you chose to spend a day on the river with us.

What a season! To everyone who joined us on the water this summer, thank you.

We love what we do, and the people in our rafts are a huge part of why. It’s a pleasure to share this place with you, watch you take on something new and have a few laughs along the way.

Whether it was your first time picking up a paddle or you’ve been coming back for years, we’re grateful you chose to spend part of your summer with us.
