oss, sports performance and endurance athletics. While I have always enjoyed working with athletes, I've found a real passion for helping people live a healthier and more active lifestyle. My focus as a personal trainer is to help you meet your fitness goals.

Knowing WHAT you want gives you direction. Knowing WHY you want it gives you the fuel to get it done.

Sadly, people will sabotage their own progress because they’re fixated on what the end goal looks like. They will fill their vision with what they want to be and get discouraged because that’s not where they are now.

Instead, focus on the day, the single step, the moment that is directly in front of you. Those individual pieces will mean more along the way than where you end up.

It’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey.

Football and volleyball seasons are wrapping up. That means off season recovery and preparation for next season begins.



It’s important to take some time at the conclusion of your season to address the issues and injuries that occur during the grind of the fall before starting spring seasons and camps.



If that recovery cycle doesn’t include some time in the gym, you’ll be missing out on some important growth for the next season. If you’re moving up a level, that becomes even more important.



If you have plans of playing, competing and succeeding at the next level, getting comfortable in the gym during the off-season is the first step to making that happen.
