Fresh air, sunlight, movement, and a little bit of dirt under your shoes 🌲☀️

Outdoor exercise is one of the simplest ways to support both your physical and mental health at the same time.

Research shows that movement in green spaces can help:
❤️ Support cardiovascular health
🧠 Lower stress levels
😊 Improve mood and mental well-being
💨 Boost endurance and aerobic fitness
🌿 Make exercise feel more enjoyable and sustainable

And honestly, that last point matters more than people think. The “best” workout is the one you can stick with consistently.

Whether it’s walking, hiking, trail running, kayaking, cycling, swimming, or simply getting outside for movement, outdoor exercise combines the proven benefits of cardio with the calming effects of nature.

You do not need fancy equipment. You do not need perfect weather. You just need movement and a little fresh air. 🍃

At Arrow Fitness Coaching, I’m a huge believer that fitness should support your whole life — and sometimes the best gym is outside. 💪🌲

There is a reason The Middle still hits so hard all these years later.

The entire song feels like a reminder that you do not need to have everything figured out right now. You do not need to be the strongest, fastest, leanest, most successful, or most “put together” person in the room to deserve confidence, happiness, or peace.

Sometimes growth looks less like becoming someone new and more like learning to stop fighting yourself.

As a coach, one of the biggest things I try to teach people is that fitness, wellness, and confidence are not destinations. They are ongoing relationships with yourself. Some seasons feel strong. Some feel messy. Most of us are somewhere in “the middle” figuring it out as we go. ❤️

And honestly? That is okay.

✨ “It just takes some time.” ✨

If you’ve heard me say “wherever you find your fitness is where you should be,” you should also know that over the years, I’ve refined my definition of physical wellness into three core parts. And honestly, I believe you need all three for balance, longevity, and a healthy relationship with movement. 💫

🏋️ Part one: strength training.
This could be gym workouts, personal training, group classes, or resistance work at home. Strength training helps build muscle, bone density, resilience, confidence, and overall health.

🧘 Part two: mobility + mental wellness.
Yoga. Pilates. Dance. Stretching. Breath work. Whatever helps you reconnect with your body and calm your nervous system. Fitness should not always feel like punishment. Recovery, movement quality, and mental well-being matter too.

🏃 Part three: cardiovascular work.
Walking, running, swimming, hiking, cycling — anything that gets your heart rate up and keeps your cardiovascular system healthy and strong. Extra points for doing any of this outdoors!

I truly believe the sweet spot of wellness lives somewhere in the balance between all three:
✨ Build. Restore. Sustain. ✨

You do not need to be perfect. You do not need to train seven days a week. You just need a balanced approach that supports your body for the long term. ❤️

That’s the foundation of how I coach at Arrow Fitness Coaching 💪

There is something incredibly powerful about having a workout program built specifically for you. 💪

1-1 personal training is not about being the “fittest person in the room.” It is about having guidance, support, accountability, and a plan that actually matches your body, your goals, your lifestyle, and your experience level.

Maybe you are recovering from an injury.
Maybe you feel overwhelmed in big gyms.
Maybe you want to build strength safely and confidently.
Maybe you are tired of guessing what to do every workout.

That is where personalized coaching makes all the difference. ✨

At Arrow Fitness Coaching, I focus on meeting people where they are at. We work together to build strength, confidence, movement quality, and long-term sustainability — without the pressure of keeping up with anyone else.

Fitness should feel supportive, not intimidating. ❤️

If you have been curious about personal training, I always offer a free consultation first so we can make sure it is the right fit for you.

to Know Before Your First Group Class 👇

Starting something new can feel a little intimidating — but I’ve got you. Here’s everything you need to know before your first session at Arrow Fitness Coaching:

1. Come prepared
Wear comfortable clothing, bring clean indoor shoes, and a water bottle (don’t worry, I’ve got a water cooler here for you too).

You can drop your valuables in the workout area near the shelves.
If you arrive early, no problem! Feel free to hop on a piece of cardio equipment until I wrap up my current session.

2. Communicate your needs
This isn’t your typical group class — it’s personal training in a group setting.

You might see 6 people doing 6 different exercises, and that’s completely normal. You don’t need to keep up with anyone else , you just need to focus on your pace and your body.

My rule: If it doesn’t feel right, it’s probably not right. Always speak up.

3. Be open to coaching (aka… my “pickiness” 😄)
It’s your first time here, and I want to set you up with a strong foundation.

That means I may step in to adjust your form whether it’s your deadlift, your overhead press, or anything in between.

Everyone in the room has been there. We’re all here to learn, improve, and get stronger together.

4. Have fun
Seriously.

This is your time to move your body, meet some great people, and enjoy the process. And hey… if you’re lucky, you might even get a crispy, ice-cold towel at the end. 😉

Questions before your first class? I’m always here to help. 💛

If you know me, you know I fiercely defend creative control. Whether that’s in art, writing… or training.

So when AI started creeping into the fitness industry, I’ll be honest… I noticed.

It was inevitable. And I can absolutely see where it might help: for those with budget constraints, physical limitations, or just curiosity about getting started.

But when it comes to AI trying to replace programming and the integrity of personal training?

That’s where I draw the line.

My programs are not created in a day and they never will be.
They’re built from years of education, hands-on experience, trial, error, and constant learning.

Every single year, I grow as a coach.
And one of the best parts of this job? I get to learn not just from colleagues but from my clients, too.

Because personal training should always be just that ; personal.
Built for your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

A computer can generate a workout.
But it won’t understand your injuries, your stress, your energy levels, your wins, your setbacks… or when you need to be pushed or pulled back.

That’s the difference.
