β¨ Pelvic Floor Reset β¨
This simple position can be a beautiful way to reconnect with your breath and pelvic floor.
Try laying on your back with your hips elevated (pillows, couch cushions, or a yoga bolster work great).
Then:
Inhale β allow your ribs, belly, and pelvic floor to soften and expand
Exhale β gently lift and support from the pelvic floor (think: picking up a blueberry with your pelvic floor, rather than squeezing for dear life).
No pushing. No clenching. Just breathing with intention.
Get curious.
This can help you:

βοΈ Practice coordination with your breath
βοΈ Decrease bladder leaks
βοΈ Feel more connected to your core
