✨ Pelvic Floor Reset ✨

This simple position can be a beautiful way to reconnect with your breath and pelvic floor.

Try laying on your back with your hips elevated (pillows, couch cushions, or a yoga bolster work great).

Then:
Inhale β†’ allow your ribs, belly, and pelvic floor to soften and expand
Exhale β†’ gently lift and support from the pelvic floor (think: picking up a blueberry with your pelvic floor, rather than squeezing for dear life).

No pushing. No clenching. Just breathing with intention.

Get curious.

This can help you:
βœ”οΈ Build awareness
βœ”οΈ Practice coordination with your breath
βœ”οΈ Decrease bladder leaks
βœ”οΈ Feel more connected to your core
