Ladies In Shape Studio is a home studio design with Woman in Mind ! We know that walking into a gym can be intimidating. We've all been there before. You may feel self-conscious, don't know where to start or what to do. And even when you get started, it may be hard to stay focused, motivated and keep going. You may have doubts: Can I do it? Am I strong enough? Is it all worth it? The ans

wer is : YES ! LISS was design to be supportive and motivating studio that will keep you going! We are NOT A GYM - we are a community! We all know the great benefits of working out but so many times quit only because we are alone in it. It gets boring and you are just trying to find new excuses of why you shouldn't go for that run today. Our mission is to create that support system that makes exercise that much easier. Sticking with regular physical activity is more likely when you know You have someone to go with, or there is a group of people doing the same activity. You have the sense of belonging and instead of finding all reasons why not to go, you are doing all you can to be there with them ! When not working out, you can keep in touch with us and our members on our Ladies In Shape Studio page to share healthy recipes, fitness advice, new ideas or just chat. "People having a support system are proven to lose three times more weight than people going it alone" recent study says. Come to the class- feel good because of the endorphins and the physiological benefits youโ€™ll receive from the exercise- meet friends and feel a sense of belonging- feel good because you have a support system- return to the class because of the sense of community you have created. Repeat the cycle for maximum benefits! WELCOME to the studio where you are no longer considered just a number! A little about myself:
My name is Justyna and I am 28 years old, happy, energetic, fit and very passionate about fitness and healthy lifestyle. I am a mom, wife and fitness instructor ready to change your life ! I want to motivate and inspire other people and get them in best shape of their life ! I have been very active all my life ( dancer) eating whatever I wanted and not having any weight problems. I was skinny " fat " meaning while not overweight I didn't have any visible muscle tone, I wasn't lean and tight but more soft to touch :) That was until I had my 3rd son and while trying to loose a bit of baby fat I discovered the great benefits of working out! I changed my eating habits and trained hard to transfer my body in 4 weeks. I became stronger, leaner, confident but most important happier! I am now in best shape of my life and I want to change your life now ! Just give it a try and your will never look back !

WRITTEN RECIPE:

Breakfast Oat Muffins
1 Banana
1 Egg
2 T Honey
1 t Baking Powder
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Nutmeg
1 t Salt
1 t Vanilla
1/2 C Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 C Oats
1 C Milk

Layer mixture in between fruit of choice in muffin pans.

Bake at 350 F/180C for 30 min. (Same time and temp for all recipes)

Egg Cups
5 Eggs Whisked
Salt and Pepper to taste
Veg/cheese/meats of choice

Pour egg mixture over filling choice.

Bake at 350/180 for 30.

Granola Cups
1 Banana
1/4 C Honey
1 t Vanilla
1 t Salt
1 t Cinnamon
1 1/2 C Oats

Make cup shapes with mixture in muffin pan, refrigerate an 1hr then bake for the same temp and time as above.

Fill with yogurt and fruit etc.

Iโ€™ve had so many โ€˜pausesโ€™ in this journey.. so many times Iโ€™ve wanted to just give up...so many times my heart has been cracked... so many times Iโ€™ve eaten like crap.. so many times Iโ€™ve meant to go to the gym and stayed in bed thinking about it instead...., BUT... so many times Iโ€™ve kept going, kept pushing forward. And so many times Iโ€™ve reminded myself that itโ€™ll be worth it!
I look back at these pics from December, and I remember EXACTLY how I felt. I thought to myself then โ€” ok, Hollywood!.. time to get your act together!
This body has been blessed with 3 healthy pregnancies and then their respective deliveries. Itโ€™s no small feat. This body can do anything I ask of it.
โ€œOne workout at a time. One day at a time. One meal at a timeโ€....Slowly but surely making changes and getting closer to my goals. The main one being strength. But also equally important to me is to be a body positive role model to my kids.

Do I have stretch marks? You betcha! Loose skin? You betcha... Strong muscles... HELLL YA BABY!!!!! Beautiful heart? duh! self confidence? Me?
