Eat animal foods.

The problem with speaking extemporaneously and not having a script means sometimes I ramble and don't finish a thought. There's one part where I essentially meant to say "coming from me who has never done a vegan or vegetarian diet someone might not think that I have a valid testimony or stance on the subject, so it can be helpful to hear it from someone who tried one of these diets for a long time."

Left a blooper in there near end - I was kind of rambling and didn't know how to end it đŸ˜‚ and apparently I also cut off the actual ending a little too.

You gotta love a story where someone triumphs over a traumatic event. Even better when they share the lessons they've learned from overcoming said hardship.

Thanks Jeremy Renner you rule!

I've always found learning about history so interesting, but I noticed an additional benefit and that was in the improvement in my quality of life.

STOP SETTING HUGE GOALS. New Year's Resolutions, 45 Hard, completely overhauling your life. It can all f*ck off.

Someone is going to see this and be the exception to this, I know - but I believe that the VAST majority of people are better off setting smaller goals, and building momentum first.

I hate the idea that someone considering starting their health journey might NOT start at all if they think they have to eat only whole foods for this all to work. Instead they may choose not to start at all, that's my concern.

One of the biggest barriers the average person has when trying to implement a healthy diet is lack of food variety. Most people DON'T want to eat chicken, broccoli and rice every day. INCLUDING processed foods in that selection can drastically increase the choices you have.

This advice isn't necessarily for pro bodybuilders, or for already regimented gym-goers who are so used to meal prepping and tracking calories. If you don't mind doing that and it's already working - great.

I made this video before I realized it's even EASIER to change your algorithm than I realized.

On IG, if you click the top right (3 lines), then go down to the 'What you see' section, click 'Content Preferences' and then 'Your algorithm' you can change it to whatever you want. I'm not sure if other platforms have this feature.

So start doing something about it - social media can be whatever you make of it.
