Pilates with Mandy at Hespeler Community Health Center Certified through Physical Mind Institute in Classical Mat work & Standing Pilates. Pre and postnata I offer 4 sessions throughout the year.

My classes are designed to work through a progression of exercises. By the end of a session you will feel the difference in your strength, flexibility and your connection of Body to Mind. Pilates with Mandy is a great way to release stress, re- energize your soul and have a full body workout. Classes are Sunday, Tuesday and Thurs Evenings and Sunday morning.

Ever wonder why we don’t wear shoes during Pilates? Rael Isacowitz explains one of the reasons: “The foot is made up of 26 bones, 33 joints and more than 100 ligaments, tendons and muscles, both intrinsic and extrinsic. When someone is wearing shoes, it only stands to reason that it is not possible to achieve the same degree of articulation and the same precision of movement and alignment compared to when someone is barefoot.”
