Our studio upgrades are almost complete and our current end of summer specials are about there too!

With the studio refreshed, the return of our full fall schedule next week, and our many, many options for class access to support your practices - there has never been a better time to join us at WHY.

We truly cannot wait to welcome you home on September 4th to feel all the love we've poured back into your studio.

We promise we're not ones to wish away summer! We're still here with you, soaking it in as long as we can - AND - we're super excited to be a few weeks away from the return of our full schedule, including some mindful changes we know you'll be jazzed about too.

We'll also see the return of Kids Yoga + Ninja Moves, Workshops, Events and Restorative on the last Saturday of every month!

Our autumn lineup of 47+ hot and non-heated practices and classes will run until December and is currently live for booking. Join us for Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, and fitness classes, 7 days a week in Cambridge.

Kayla, It lights us up to watch you follow your spark and we admire the way you dive into learning a new skill or tool for living well, building onto the strong foundation you've currated. We never tire of nerding out with you over whatever you're currently learning, trying in life, or adventure you're onto next.

Our friend Gill over helped us out huge by lending her creative hand to a special karma project we've cooked up together in support of and the women's shelter 🫶

See us in the studio as of tomorrow (Sat, July 11th) to purchase your special YWCA edition of a limited hand tie dyed run of your favourite WHY tanks and t-shirts. Each one has its own unique heart burst colour combo and pattern on the front and back, made with the true energy of community care.
