We are thrilled to be able to invite you back into the building as we reopen to spectators and visitors!
Our parent viewing areas will be reopening effective Monday April 11, 2022.
All spectators and visitors are required to wear a mask while indoors as per our club’s mask policy. Our goal is to keep our staff and participants healthy so we can continue to offer programming without interruption and have a successful competition season after two years of cancellations and missed programming.
Spectators will be able to view from the chairs and tables on the main floor set up in front of the windows near our party room and from the cubby area in our upstairs space.
We have limited space in our spectator areas. Please be conscious of the number of spectators attending each class. We ask that you keep your distance from others and follow all public health guidelines if you feel unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19 do not enter the facility.
With spectators and visitors joining us again we will be maintaining our current drop off/dismissal procedures.
Athlete Drop Off:
Coaches will greet their classes at the front door. As your child’s class enters the facility if you are planning to spectate that day you may enter at this time.
Please note the facility doors will remained locked at all times. Spectators will only be able to enter the facility when classes are entering.
Athlete Dismissal:
Coaches will still be dismissing participants from the front door. Parents must exit the facility and meet their child outside for dismissal. We are maintaining this protocol to ensure each child safely makes it to a parent waiting in the same location. This will help our staff team manage safe dismissal for both those spectating and those who have chosen not to come in for class.
