Hi Folks I have been very delinquent in keeping this site current. Honestly I was not sure anyone was looking at it. I just checked the likes and was shocked how many people are following. So now I feel very bad I have not been making contributions but I promise to do better as we move forward.

OK who has made a New Year resolution to get in better shape in 2016 ?
Three weeks from now how will you feel ?
Much has been said about resolutions and if they work. They can, some simple step to improve your chances of success.
1. Make sure you are very clear on why you want to make changes
2. What ever the reasons, family, kids, improved well being etc.. write it down and hold tight to that thought.
3. When you feel your resolve weakening go back and remind yourself why you started the journey.
4. Find a group environment, personal trainer etc.. where you feel motivated and accountable to keep your progress on track.

Getting started at the Gym !!!. Many people feel very uncomfortable going to the Gym for the first time. There are multiple reason's why they feel this way. Two of the very common ones I hear are I will feel foolish not knowing what to do with all that equipment and I am so out of shape I might get pushed into something beyond my immediate capability.
Fear not, everyone in that Gym had to start where you now. Any quality trainer will only choose workouts that will take you to the edge of your capabilities but not beyond.
So don't be afraid to jump in there you will be surprised how quickly your confidence and capability will build. If you have comments or questions I would love to hear them. Still healthy Alex
