I’m excited to share something new and energizing launching this spring! Starting May 18th, I’ll be kicking off a 6-week outdoor bootcamp series — and it’s going to be a game-changer.

This never-before-done format will combine a walk or run component with strength-based training, giving you the ultimate full-body workout while enjoying the fresh air. Whether you’re just getting back into fitness or looking to push your limits, this experience is built to meet you where you're at and elevate from there.

Here’s what you need to know:

🔹 Starts: May 18th (Sundays at 10am)
🔹 Runs for: 6 weeks
🔹 Location: Fairway Rd (close to bridge)
🔹 Cost: $75 for the full 6-week series or $15 drop-in
