Smell propane? Could be a leaky regulator, weather cracked pigtails, over filled propane tanks and (believe it or not) Lp tanks going empty 🤔
In some cases we've found leaking gas line connections under the Rv and open BBQ connection. If you cant find the problem, A professional propane leak inspection is the solution.

Preventative maintenance goes a long long ways in the RV world. Mother nature is constantly trying to find its way into your Rv! Just about every water damaged trailer we work on could have been prevented. Investigate your roof regularly. Apply the proper Rv products where needed as needed.
Wash, uv protect and prevent! That includes doors, hatches, windows and anything else screwed to your Rv. New and used!

We see it year after year. All Rv's new and used...travel trailers, 5th wheels, park models, tent trailers, motor homes and alike! Preventative maintenance is the answer for saving thousands of dollars in repairs.
Leaking slide-out? Leaky roof? Could be weather damage causing holes in the rubber membrane like this one. Always inspect your roof and entire rv multiple times a year for tree damage, ice and snow load, caulking issues and molding issues. Visit your local rv dealer and find out what you need to do to keep your investment in good shape.

As of today, Delormes Rv is officially shutting down for the season. Gates will be closed by 4pm today.Thank you for another awesome spring, summer and fall! We look forward to the 2026 spring opening May 1st. Hope everyone has a safe and happy winter 😊
