Mask Reveal & Mic'd Up Golf 🎤

Happy 1st of September 🤯, the summer has absolutely flown by, and I have been beyond busy with work, family, a fair bit of golf, and hockey. This has left me very little time and energy for editing/content creation. Back in June I had intentions to create a consistent amount of summer hockey and golf content, but it just did not materialize, until now.

You will notice I am a much "calmer" person on a golf course than on the ice, I cant explain it lol. This Wednesday (tomorrow) I will be posting a regular mic'd up goalie video, the first skate with the new mask shown here.

For now, hope you enjoy the mask reveal and the unorthodox golfing that follows. Thank You to jasonbartziokascustompaint who I commissioned to airbrush this mask. There is a larger story behind the art than what is in this video, something for later if people are interested. Thank You as well to Dom Malerba Pros Choice Official for making this bucket and keeping my head comfortable and protected for 13 years and counting.

Geologist 🤓 🪨 - Mic'd Up Goalie No. 71 🎤

Summer 26' has been a little crazy with work, family things and some recreation in the little downtime I have had. In June my Grandmother (94) broke her hip here in YYC. Amazingly, they partially replaced her hip to fix it, but the road to recovery is taking time and as of the end of July, she is in a rehabilitation facility before she can go back home.

I hope everyone is finding time to enjoy the "dog days of summer." Appreciate the people around you, make time for the moments that matter, and don’t take the little things for granted.

P.S. In case this video made you wonder, I am indeed a Geologist 😉

Mailday! Hats 🧢 & Mosquitoes 🦟

Canadian summer is slowly approaching and I find myself spending more time on the golf course than at the rink. I like to wear a hat when I golf (instead of a goalie mask). Waggle hooked me up with some fresh lids - (4) of their Low Profile/Performance - Flight hats.

What I love about these Waggle hats are the colours, fun logos, and the great fit for my smaller female head. It can be extremely hard (I speak from experience) to find hats that offer this trifecta.

Waggle offers apparel (hats, clothing and more) for everyone and they are worth checking out. Thank you Waggle for taking care of my noggin while off the ice. Looking forward to getting these on the course 😊

Uranus🌛 - Mic'd Up Goalie No. 70 🎤

Happy Wednesday 🐪

This is my first new video in a little while. Since my 25/26 hockey season wrapped up a few weeks ago, I've been taking a bit of a break and enjoying some golf on the weekends. Work has also been keeping me busy as usual (no complaints).

This summer, I plan to post more of my regular hockey videos—I still have a few ice times to edit. I am also hoping to mix in some gear-related content, and golf content along the way. In my experience, summers fly by, and before we know it the 26/27 hockey season will be here.

I am genuinely overwhelmed by the support my content has been getting. Thank you for watching, commenting, and following along with me. If something I share can make you smile, give you a laugh, or inspire you to get out and play some hockey, then it's all worth it 😊

Happy Monday! Wishing everyone a good week ahead.

Apologies for no video last week. Work has been very busy (no complaints) and I have needed to recharge in my downtime vs spending as much time on editing. Hockey for me is slowing down given the time of year, but I have a bunch of skates to edit so there will be more videos to come for this season. Golf season is also starting (if it ever stops snowing 🌨 here in Calgary) so maybe we will mix in some fun golf content too 😊

Chartered Accountants 🧮 - Mic'd Up Goalie No. 68 🎤

Happy Wednesday and/or hump day 🐪.

This video is from a game in the Calgary Chartered Accountants Hockey League. I am not an Accountant, but I know a few (everyone should know at least one) and was filling in. Some people have asked me for game scores in the past, this was a 9-5 W. Given this is a highlight video (and heavily intended to make people laugh and smile), I can't show all the saves or all the goals in ~90 seconds, but what I have tried to do is show saves/goals reflective of my save %, 13 saves in this video on 15 chances.

Happy Tuesday and the last day of March 2026. I can’t believe how fast the first quarter of the year has gone by.
