I just want to let you know that You are NOT alone.
I’ve been through of being overweight, health problems, unavailable to do exercise for my back injury.
I started my new journey of weight loss without any success even I went through Nutritionist, Dieticians and my last diet was Crazy One (7 days juice dieta).
I got depressed because no matter what I was trying that weight was NOT moving at all.
So, I ending up eat more & more.
My energy was super low and hunger out of control.
Frustrated as I couldn’t do exercise for my back injury.
Tried to keep spending money and not see any progress on my health and body.

So I started working with a Health Coach
To helped me to understand that 80% Nutrition & 20% Exercise
So we Personalize my Meal Plan
The first day I notice that the energy went through the roof
The hunger got under control
I was melting those inches (-25% body fat) and weight (-30lbs) FREAKING UNBEARABLE
I felt like a million bucks baby
Back specialist and physician were surprise that I reached the goal in 3 1/2 months without doing exercise 💥💥
In total I have dropped -40lbs & -25 % body fat and gain +10lbs of lean muscle with workouts.

It’s went I definitely found my passion and drive to help others. I became a Health & Fitness Coach and working with an International Nutritional Company.
