Whether you are a competitive strength athlete or someone looking to gain a strength edge in another sport or life in general, we have what you need.

**NOTE** New visits are by appointment only, please call or send a message before dropping by for a visit. Our facility is set up specifically for strongman and powerlifting, and can also accommodate olympic lifters. We have open turf and rubber, ti

res, sleds, specialty bars, bumper plates, specialty strongman equipment, plenty of racks, a Woodway treadmill, the useful machines, and plenty more. We offer personal training in all strength disciplines, strongman classes, and group conditioning classes with a strongman theme. Our instructors are of a caliber that you will find nowhere else, having significant levels of achievement themselves. We are also home to Calgary Barbell, who needs no introduction as an elite powerlifter and coach.

MAS Wrestling Competition - Qualifier for the World Nomad Games! 🇰🇬🔥

Do YOU want the chance to represent Canada on the world stage? This is your opportunity to qualify for the World Nomad Games in Kyrgyzstan (approx. Sept 2026)!

Join us for an official MAS Wrestling Qualifier hosted by the Canadian MAS-Wrestling Association:

ATTENTION MEMBERS!

The will be hosting the Jurassic Classic powerlifting competition at the gym on Saturday November 8th. The gym will still be open, but the strongman area and most of the combo racks will be in use from 8am - 4pm (comp runs from 9-3pm). Please be mindful of the competition area during the time that they are there.

Huge shoutout to these two teenage powerhouses! We had the honour of sharing our space & strongman equipment with both of these young athletes as they prepped for OSG over the last few months!

Congrats to you both, we cannot wait to see what feats of strength you crush next 💪🏻

And just a reminder to all of you youngsters interested in learning what strength sports are all about, our doors are always open! Come lift some heavy stuff; we promise you’ll surprise yourself.

Posted • Introducing world strongman champion and podium finisher .gray2007 these two grade 12 students from competed at the highest level possible today in two talented and stacked divisions and performed extremely well to say the least! The entire school was behind you two today and the weight room was defining when you were competing. We are beyond proud of your accomplishments and even more proud of who you give the glory too. None of this is possible without our God blessing you with the gift of strength. See you on Monday for training.

What an incredible performance! Getting invited 2ish weeks before WSM, to not only win your heat against some OG strongmen, but to be in second place overall points wise. To being 1 of 3 Canadians who made it to the Finals. The 4th ever western Canadian to attend! The second ever to attend the finals (Since the inception of heats)!
