Look who just turned 40! 😱 😘 👉I truly believe the fountain of youth is found in a barbell 🙏 This is no botox, no surgeries, no supplements (other than vitamin D), not starving myself or exercising excessively, no fliters or apps.... just a healthy amount of physical activity and eating well👍 oh and a bit of make up and lighting. That always helps 😜 Looking forward to the next 40 years 🤞

IT IS EARNED" - unknown 👉I love this new poster I hung in the studio 🙏 ☝️The iceberg is a great comparison to how success actual works🤔 The part u see (success) is only a small part of the object (journey) ❤👍 I know it can be discouraging when things aren't going your way but don't give up! Keep pushing and working towards your goals... whether it's related to your fitness, career, financial or relationship goals. I know i will 😉Hope everyone has a great Monday 💪 💪
