I recently had the great opportunity to get interviewed by the CBC.

Let me introduce you to Ande. Yup, that's 160lbs on that trap bar. Pretty impressive for week three of us working together I'd say 💪 . I wish I could say that I had something to do with Ande's strength but that power you see here was there before. We fine-tuned the form if the lift but that's it.

Besides Ande absolutely killin' it during the workout, we have the best chats and Ande's teaching me lots too which makes my job almost too easy 😉.

Fam-Jam-Workout

Every Tuesday and Thursday in future wife and her parents to get into better shape. Her parents are both retired and need help with a lot of wear-and-tear injuries and Rachelle just had our son. It's a very interesting group since all of them have different challenges and goals but we sure are having fun working on them together. ❤

Everybody who knows me, knows how much I dispise social media. However, I hired a social media marker and she's awesome. She told me I need to share more personal things with the world to get more engagement with potential customers. So here you go, personal post number one. This was about 1 month before our son Théodore was born.

And yup, I've got a dog now. Came with the woman and I couldn't say no 🤷‍♂️ we all know how it is.
