How about some fun together getting our arms and shoulders "tank top ready"? Here’s your opportunity to benefit with a 7-week, limited series of 20 live online 23-minute arm-focused workouts.
The classes are short, energizing, first thing in the morning, and will put a smile on your face for the day. Stay in your PJ’s, hair unbrushed because I can’t see you!
The 20 classes are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, starting Wednesday February 2nd until spring, for only 2 payments of $30. You can also drop-in to any 1 class for $15.

On March 18th I have a sisters’ 2-week getaway booked in LaQuinta, California, rescheduled from March 2020 when we had to cancel of course.

Ahhh, sunshine, longer days and tank top weather. It’s exciting to anticipate being outdoors soaking up the warmth in only a few weeks… and I want to feel good in my tank tops!

For sure you have your own reasons for wanting to look good in your spring/summer outfits; swinging your golf clubs, working in the garden, or sitting by the lake?
