Happy Retirement Mrs.Potts

Today, this awesome pony went home to spend her days munching on snacks and being loved. We already miss her! Thank you Mrs Potts for being such a wonderful teacher to so many of our kids! Happy Retirement, you deserve the best! You are the queen!

What an awesome weekend of firsts for our team at the paramount show.

Both “Harvard” and “Snickers” attended their first show this weekend! Both were spectacular!

“Harvard” spent the weekend taking in all the aspects of his 3rd career and while a tad overwhelmed at times, did a great job of trying to be the best boy! He’s happy to be home in his pen tonight and we are all proud of him!

“Snickers” in true “snickers fashion“ rolled with the game plan on Saturday. She wasn’t sure why she was woken up by her kiddo at 6 in the morning, then asked to get in the strange metal box on wheels but that’s what was happening and her Bestie “Mrs. Potts” came along for emotional support and to cheer her on. “Snickers” got off the trailer, went in the ring as if she had done it 1 million times and her and her kiddo picked up some pretty ribbons, she got lots of pets and was brought home. So all in all a great day according to “Snicks”.

I’m super proud of the team. The girls at the show, the horses and the teammates that came to cheer their friends on at 8am. What Sportsmanship we have here!

It’s expected to be a quiet season for us this year with my personal life being run by the new 12week old “Tiny Boss” but we will likely be back at it in Aug! See you all then!

DISCIPLINE: dressage/jumping up to 3’

“Tex” is a 22 year old Dutch warmblood who still thinks he’s young and loves his job. “Tex” is available for half lease with 3 rides per week. He can either flat or jump, whatever your intrest is. He is boarded inside and comes with all of his own equipment. This impressive boy will absolutely melt your heart!

“Tex” wonderful, big moving boy and still has energy. He is best suited for a JA or AA rider or someone with previous riding experience. He loves Flatwork/Dressage as well as Jumping. He is located 20 min SW of the city at a beautiful facility in millarville with 2 outdoor arenas, 1500 acres of trails, and a massive indoor arena.

*Tex is in our program so leaser must take a minimum 1 lesson a week (Flat or Jumping).

We had an absolute blast today at our annual Next Generation Equestrian Holiday Party. The group had the most amazing time with followed by a wonderful potluck at the barn!

I am so beyond grateful for my amazing NGE barn family! We truly are a barn family! Each one of these amazing people have absolutely killed it in 2025, reaching new goals, constantly showing up to the barn with a smile and ready to work always working together as a team! It’s always so heartwarming when we get together and have a good time! I am so appreciative of the things I learn from each one of these wonderful souls every day! Without them, I wouldn’t.m be able to do what I love so much!

I’m truly grateful that my own kiddo will grow up with such wonderful role models and in such a beautiful environment!
