JUNIOR & PARENT CLASSES:
Mondays: 6:30-7:30 (All Levels)
Wednesdays: 6:30-7:30 (All Levels)

*Parents/Adults are always welcome to train on their own, and with their children, during our Junior classes. ADULT CLASSES:
Mondays: 7:30 - 9:30 (All Levels)
Wednesdays: 7:30 - 9:30 (All Levels)

Beginners, please wear something that you can move and sweat in (sweatpants and a t-shirt, Lulus, track pants, shorts, tank top etc.). No need for shoes or socks unless necessary for your health.
