Join Dawn this Saturday at 9am for a special Pilates Fusion class in place of yoga, and be one of the first to try it before it officially joins our schedule!

Starting Sep 6, Pilates Fusion will be offered every Sunday at 11am.

Combining the core principles of Pilates with functional strength exercises, barre-inspired light weight training, and flexibility work, this class is designed to improve posture, coordination, muscular endurance, and overall movement quality.

Whether you're brand new to Pilates or have plenty of experience, all fitness levels are welcome. Come move with us this Saturday! 💙
