Our Transform participants have been working hard these past 10 weeks, and it’s time to celebrate!

Join us on Sunday, June 14th at 11am for our Transform Wrap-Up Party. We'll be celebrating everyone's accomplishments with prizes, games, food, and plenty of time to hang out and celebrate together.

It’s easy to think progress only counts when you see it in the mirror or on the scale. But there’s a lot more to it than that.

Like you’ve got a bit more energy after work.

This guided class combines mindful movement and meditation to help you connect more deeply with your body and breath. Rather than sitting still, you’ll be encouraged to move intuitively, focusing on sensation, rhythm, and the experience of being fully present in your body.

Join Seb on Tuesday nights at 8pm for a class that mixes boxing fundamentals with a full body workout. Expect footwork, bag work, pads, reaction drills, and conditioning

No experience needed. Wraps and gloves are supplied, but feel free to bring your own if you have them!

Here’s a quick cable crunch demo from Adam, one of our personal trainers.

Cable crunches are one of the best exercises for building core strength when they’re done properly.

A few quick reminders:
→ keep your forearms tight against your head
→ lock your hips in place
→ round through your upper body
→ move slow and controlled, elbows to knees
