If you’ve been SUP-curious but unsure how to get started, I’ve got you. It’s easier than most people expect- and a whole lot of fun! I’m a Paddle Canada certified instructor offering Learn to SUP lessons in Calgary.

In just 2 hours, you'll:

A secret to stay standing on a SUP? Look ahead instead of down. Sounds simple, but it makes a HUGE difference in your balance, confidence, and smoother paddling 🌊

Plus, the view is WAY better up here ☀️
