𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐢𝐭? 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐢𝐫.  
 
Shifts are happening within the coaching industry, and I personally am here for it! We are collectively realizing that our time has value, and as my soul sister says "your soul has epic s**t to do".  
 
Owning your time and showing up differently means you want to recieve support differently, it's exactly why I introduced my on-demand coaching last year. There is a time and a place for traditional coaching sessions, I still believe they're great for going deeeep (hello breakthrough days), and I also know that in the moment support is what 2023 is calling for more and more of.

𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐟 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐦𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐢𝐳 
 
Back in december the universe grabbed me by the shoulders and gave me a shake... I needed to loosen up the grip and truly embrace SURRENDER!  
 
You know the feeling, it's like living with your hands clenched into fists vs being open and ready to hold onto something new.  
 
Well, here goes, I'm taking the leap into the unknown and welcoming the magic of surrendering into my life & business by...  
 
🙏🏼 remembering that when one door closes, another opens.  
🤌🏼 leaning into the understanding that there is no such thing as "failure", only feedback.  
🙌🏼 allowing myself to be ok with leaning into new/different ways of succeeding.

𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐓𝐎𝐍 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐦 𝐈 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭?  
 
For me (and many of my clients) one of the big reoccurring lessons revolved around boundaries.  
 
⚡️The boundaries with yourself.  
⚡️The boundaries with your friends/family.  
⚡️The boundaries with your clients.  
 
The beautiful thing about all boundaries is the fact that by enforcing your boundaries you're giving a gift to yourself and to those around you... its a gift to yourself in the sense that you're showing yourself additional love, compassion, and value. It's a gift to those around you in the sense that they can clearly determine what you are, and are not available for (it also allows clients to hold themselves accountable).  
 
This year I'm taking in the lessons from 2022 and applying some new boundaries to my business for 2023.

𝟓 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐈 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐤𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐛... 
 
It's fair to say that 2022 was definitely a year filled with growth. We were all handed challenging experiences filled with valuable lessons. 
 
For many of my clients (and for myself) many of those leasons put a spotlight on the things that were no longer of service. 
 
Things like... 
✌🏼Comparing yourself to other coaches you see online. (I have another post about this one coming soon) 
👋🏼 Loosening boundaries for the benefit of others. 
🖕🏼 Talking yourself down with words like "just" and "only". 
👉🏼 Putting your needs and commitments to self on the back burner with the justification of being "needed" by someone or something else. 
👎🏼 Playing life safe & staying small because thats what you were once told to do. 
 
2023 is going to be a BIG year around here, and I have no time for s**t thats going to hold me back!

Radical self love is hard 🤷🏻‍♀️

Even as a coach with all the tools, deeply and completely loving myself can be a challenge at times. (Just posting this photo took a dose of self love & self acceptance)

You know exactly what it’s like.

The world around us is full of images showing what we “should” be like, how we “should” act… And when you don’t fit into that confined mould it’s easy to question what is wrong with you.

The thing is, there is absolutely nothing wrong with you, nor is there anything wrong with me. We are all wonderful and worthy of love exactly as you are!

Today I’m choosing to support my own journey of radical self love by recording a new hypnosis track, and listening to it daily.

Hypno is such an amazingly powerful tool because it works directly with your subconscious mind, facilitating shifts on the deepest levels 🧠

The deepest transformations are not really about change, but rather profound 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣!

In the coaching industry the narrative is heavily focused on creating “change”. It’s a narrative that I too had subscribed to and perpetuated.

And while I still believe that parts of the narrative are true, I am so believe that some of it is false.

The transformations that coaching facilities isn’t about changing who you are… the transformations come from 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚!

𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 parts of yourself that had been locked away deep inside of you

𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 those parts are beautiful, unique and worthy of being shared

𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 it is safe for you to embody those parts of you

𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 that you are truly happier when you allow those parts of you to shine bright AF

This is a realization that I had while away at my Master Coach/Practitioner retreat earlier this month.

Nothing about me was changed during those 7 days, and yet I returned home feeling completely transformed.
