How did you get started with CrossFit and what made you want to be a coach?
“Started as a recommendation from my best friend. She knew I’d been looking for a new workout program, and had been dealing with lots of anxiety/panic attacks, and thought I’d like how mindful and fast paced CrossFit was. She was right… it changed my life for the better”
What is your favourite quote?

What’s the least favourite/hardest workout that challenged you?
“Kalsu” - 100 thrusters for time w 5 burpees at the start of every minute w 135lbs on the bar. -Insert puke emoji-
What’s your go to song for hard workouts?
“Formation” by Beyoncé. It does things to my soul.
What’s one fun fact or hobby outside the gym people might not know about you?
“I’m a pretty good drummer! I played in punk/death metal/hardcore bands since I was 13.
Advice to people to want to try CrossFit?
“Be compassionate, patient, and graceful-with yourself every class. Everyone started where you are, including your coaches. Also, keep showing up and surprise yourself. We want to see you succeed.”
Make sure you give coach a high five when your in the gym!
