New to training? Start simple and build from there.

The biggest mistake beginners make isn’t a lack of effort, it’s trying to change everything at once.

Focus on the fundamentals:
-Train with intention
-Set a clear goal
-Follow a program consistently
-Choose a schedule you can recover from
-Build one sustainable habit at a time

You don’t need the “perfect” routine. You need a plan that fits your goals, your schedule, and that you can stick with long enough to see results.

Brandon’s approach to training is about much more than lifting heavier weights—it’s about helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life.

Trevor is a true display of what progress and commitment can do for a person

When Trevor first began training with Tyson five years ago, his goal was to strengthen a shoulder injury that made everyday tasks around the acreage difficult. Since then, his progress has gone far beyond recovery.

Trevor has lost more than 40 lbs, regained strength and confidence, and recently completed his first 5 km in over 50 years, at 75 years old!

His journey is a powerful reminder that progress does not happen overnight, but every time you show up and put in the work, you move one step closer to where you want to be.

Trevor, you are a true inspiration. We’re so proud to have you as part of the SOLO family! ❤️
