As much as I love getting up and down from the ground I also love getting up and over things. I‘ve often gotten the sense that people don’t think you can get strong from natural human movement. I feel it’s a different kind of strong. I also believe that this type of training brings more JOY as we are connecting with how we’ve been or we’re moving for thousands and thousands of years. Stay tuned for some super playful ways to keep your body moving without it feeling like a chore!
