Trico Centre for Family Wellness Active kids, healthy families, vibrant seniors! We are a community-run, non-profit charitable organization.

Trico Centre for Family Wellness is a recreation centre with a huge fitness centre with running track, an aquatics facility with wavepool, waterslide, hot tub, and steam rooms, two arenas, and a full-size gymnasium. Located in south Calgary across from Southcentre Mall, Trico Centre offers recreation opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. Kangaroos & Krocodiles is the perfect morning adventure for your little one!

Start the day with high-energy fun in the gym—hopping, bouncing, running and laughing through exciting games and sports! Along the way, they’ll build coordination, confidence and new skills while having a blast with friends.

Then it’s time to cool off in the pool! Our swim lesson is designed for Preschool Swim Levels 1–3, helping little swimmers become comfortable in the water while learning important swimming skills.
