Undefeated all tournament.�Akaal Warriors showed up with heart, discipline, and a true warrior mentality from the first game to the final whistle. Proud of the entire squad for battling together and bringing the championship home.

🥈 Alberta Cup 2026 – Men’s Division Runners-Up 🥈

A proud achievement for Akaal Warriors Field Hockey Club as we finished 2nd place in the Men’s Division at the Alberta Cup hosted by United Field Hockey Club in Calgary.

We battled through a highly competitive tournament and played a close and exciting final against Baja (Mexico). While we fell just short of the championship, we are proud of the effort, teamwork, and determination shown by every player throughout the tournament.

Thanks to United Field Hockey Club for the invitation & Alberta Cup Organizing Committee.

Congratulations to Baja on a well-deserved victory, and thank you to all the supporters who cheered us on.

We'll be back stronger and ready to compete again next year!

TOBA GOLD CUP CHAMPIONS 🏆

Akaal Warriors Field Hockey Club proudly participated in the 8th Toba Gold Cup 🏑

The team remained undefeated throughout the entire tournament, showing outstanding skill, teamwork, and determination.

Akaal Warriors faced a back & forth final against the host team, Toba Warriors. The match was intense and was ultimately decided in a shootout, where Akaal Warriors emerged victorious 🏆

A special congratulations to Tanvir Kang for being awarded Best Player of the tournament 👏

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Toba Warriors Field Hockey Academy for organizing a successful tournament and inviting Akaal Warriors Field Hockey Club.
