I guess not everybody knows how to achieve a Personal Transformation, so I made a list of quick tips on how to do it!

I believe that everything starts with your mind.

You need to condition your mind to have a growth mindset.

Believe that you can develop your skills and abilities and use them to your advantage.

Remember that your persistence and determination in life will bear fruits because you worked so hard in achieving your goal.

Another thing that I love about this list is being able to partner with your mentor or coach!

Why is it important?

Because let's be honest how many times did we start something that would bring change in our lives and end up backsliding?

The truth is we need an accountability partner that would redirect our path and remind us of our goal.

A person who will stay and walk with us through the process of transformation so we can get results!

Have you ever wondered why negative thoughts keep coming to your mind?

It's because there are really negative things that are happening around us.

It is indeed true. It's not make-believe.

But you can definitely change what thoughts you'd like to keep and ponder on.

When you are feeling like you are overthinking about something negative and you catch yourself doing it, then try to distract yourself by doing something that has a positive effect on you.

Remind yourself that you don't have control over many things but you can surely control your mindset.

Having a good mindset is part of your transformation as a fulfilled woman.

Success starts when you change your attitude!

how can my business start earning money?

This is a common question to every business owner.

For me, it should start with yourself.

Change all your negative attitudes and replace them with positive ones.

Then start focusing on your business.

Look for areas you need to improve.

I know it's not Throwback Thursday yet but it's Sunday and I'm just sharing with you a post I made last 2020.

There are days when we feel so down and we can't help but feel sorry for ourselves for the circumstances that we're in.

We sometimes feel that we are stuck and we won't get through our situations.

But remember that you can.

If you really want to have a major transformation in your life, you need to be prepared for all the things that are bound to come.

By now we all know that transforming our life is not as easy as we think.

Unlike the ones we see in the movies, it's not like a fairytale story.

But it doesn't mean that you won't be able to transform your life for the better.

Yes, you can!

And once you succeed it will all be worth it!

I just want you to recollect your experience in the past week.

How was everything❓

Have you learned something new❓

Did something go wrong❓

Or if something did, what did you do correct the mistake or move on❓

When things go wrong, some people easily get unmotivated.

Yes, it does happen and worst case, you just quit whatever you are doing and sob or feel depressed.

But when bad things happen remember who inspired you to do what you did in the first place.

Your source of inspiration, whether it's your family, your friend, your mentor, or maybe your foundation would help you gain that motivation again.

So before you sleep, remember your motivation so that whatever happens you know you will stand up again and move forward.

Believe me, it works!😉

Have you ever heard people complain about having no big changes in their lives?

They feel like people have outgrown them so much and they are so stuck in life.

I hear this all the time.

And sometimes my best answer to them is, "don't be afraid of change!"

👉Some people are so afraid of making changes in their lives because they don't get out of their comfort zone. (FIrst Reason Why You are Stuck)

👉They are always so pessimistic that they don't trust anyone else, any new thing, or any new knowledge that is offered to them. (Second Reason Why Most People Lose Opportunities)

👉They don't seek help! (The most common reason they fail)

Remember that only you can make things happen!

You can be the person you are admiring today!

And you don't have to wonder how things will turn out to be.

Go and find out yourself!

It's hard to spend more time with your family if you have a 9-5 job.

👉Don't get me wrong when I started working, I also got the same schedule so I know the feeling of missing special occasions, not being able to have time for yourself, being so tired when you get home, and not being able to have long vacations with the family.

Everything changed when I decided to be my own boss.

I had more time to improve myself.

I have more time to spend time with my family and earn more.👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

So don't be afraid to start your own business and be your own boss.

Let's all transform into becoming the best that we can be for our loved ones!

And for those of you who are struggling, remember that our circumstances right now will teach us valuable lessons to be more bold and confident.

That whatever life throws us at we can handle it with grace and faith. 🙏
