Our most popular class - Recreational Boxing. If you're looking to learn how to box like a pro without the fighting aspect of the sport than these no-contact boxing classes are for you. Learn technical boxing skills, blow off some steam on the bags and get a full body workout all at the same time!

Classes are every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday at 7:30-8:30pm, Saturday's at 2-3pm and we also offer a Lunch Hour Recreational Boxing Class from 12-1pm everyday during the week Monday-Friday.
