She's been teaching with us since September 2025, her least favorite move is the giant reverse cobra (we feel that), and if you take her class you can count on a loud playlist and probably a heavy leg block

Every great class starts long before you walk into the studio.

It starts at the Lagree Fitness Academy, where the foundation is built. Then comes the certification, led by Kimberly Rothenberg, certified Lagree master trainer and co-owner of Lagree YYC. Hours of training, refining, and learning what it takes to lead a room.

And then the result: an instructor who knows exactly how to support you, push you, and help you find strength you didn't know you had.
The Lagree Method never stops evolving, and neither do we. We're committed to constant growth because our community deserves instructors who are always getting better.
