Our specialty is increasing speed, agility and building strength. We believe that multi sport training is an most important asset to a players growth and development. We incorporate boxing specific techniques and conditioning that are tailored to your fitness program. Head Coach, Shane Thompson has been involved in many aspects of competitive sports ranging from competitor to coach and mentor in b

oxing. He has an extensive hockey background as a player, a coach and mentor. Our training is based out of our gym, Dynamite Boxing Club. We specialize in team training and have trained many community hockey teams, quadrant teams and various other sports throughout the years.

Hey everyone!

Dynamite Boxing Club is looking for any donations for raffle prizes and/or sponsorships for our gym. We have a Christmas party on December 16th and are hoping to have everything place by the 10th. If you need a letter, please let me know and I can send it your way! All donations will be available as raffle prizes, giveaways and door prizes on the 16th!
