Pre-Season LAX & Learn is a 4-week program coming this fall designed to help you shake off the rust, sharpen your skills, get comfortable with the rules, and have some fun before the regular season kicks off.

Whether you’re returning to the floor or just looking for a reason to pick up a stick again — come play, learn, and meet some great women along the way.

Want to sharpen your skills, brush up on the rules, and get some reps in before the fall season? We’ve got you covered!

✨ 4 Thursdays | Starting September 3, 2026
⏰ 7:30–9:00 PM
📍 MaxWell Soccer Centre – MSC Annex, Delta Field
🥍 Skills + drills + rules + a scrimmage every week
⚡️ External & goalie coaching in the works!

$60 players | $15 goalies
Limited to 24 players + 4 goalies

Open to ALL returning CWLL members — whether you’re playing the fall season or just want to stay sharp. Newer players especially encouraged!
