Ok -I might just be coming back online.

If you know me personally-you know I can stand posting daily, selling myself or the solution to life. You’d know I can’t stand the faux ways and really just show up as me.

So I am going to challenge myself to pop in here daily with musings, Ayurvedic wisdom, women’s topics and the full deals on my personal journey being me, a mom, a wife, with a head injury, trying to actually get dressed more days than not, play harmonium, find my joy, and walk the path that leads me closer to my truth.

Come with me.

There is a pace women have learned to live at that we rarely question anymore.
We move from work to home, kids, partners, parents, appointments, groceries, messages, commitments and all the invisible things we carry in our heads. We get very good at keeping life moving, and somewhere inside all that movement, our own time becomes the easiest thing to give away.

That is part of why I created the New Moon Women’s Wisdom Circle.

Once a month, we carve out a few hours that are not about getting anything done.

We gather with other women. We have honest conversations about our lives and the things we are navigating. We breathe, reflect, learn, laugh and listen. I bring meditation, breathwork and Ayurvedic wisdom into our evenings, along with conversations and practices that invite us to know ourselves a little more deeply.

But this circle is also about something much simpler.

Women need time with women.

We need places where we can talk beyond the surface. Where we can hear another woman share something and quietly recognize ourselves in her experience. Where we are not someone's mother, partner, employee, caregiver, problem-solver or keeper of all the things.

For a few hours, nothing is required of you except to arrive as you are.

Your life may still be busy when you walk back out the door. The responsibilities will still be there.

But there is something powerful about deciding that your own life deserves some space on the calendar too.

Our 2026–2027 New Moon Women’s Wisdom Circle is gathering monthly at Social Grounds Coffee Shop on Palliser Dr. SW in Calgary.

If you have been craving deeper conversation, real connection, women’s community and meaningful time that belongs to you, come sit with us.

THIS YEARs CIRCLE REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!!

Come join us for a few hours each month.

Time to step away from everything that asks something of you and spend an evening alongside other women.

We’ll talk honestly, breathe, reflect, learn, laugh and make room for the conversations women don’t always get enough time to have.

Meditation, breathwork and Ayurvedic wisdom are woven into our evenings, but at the heart of this circle is something simple: women need time together.

No expectations. Nothing to prove. Just arrive as you are.

Ask yourself-do I listen to respond or do I listen to really hear and feel the other.

Most times we are so up in our own s**t that we are planning our responses, thinking about ourselves, shutting down, glazing over-what else?

When we are stable, grounded and open we can really create a beautiful space together which only gifts us with creativity, inspiration and meaning.

This is my work this week, to notice where and when I close up and work to be open to seeing the other in their fullness.

This happens every time us women sit in circle!
It’s magical. It’s powerful and so filling.

Will you have a seat in this years cohort?
We have 14 precious spots. Registration is in the link in BIO or comment CIRCLE and I’ll send you details soon!

Come and learn and just be.

Being a mother has made me think a lot about being a daughter.

About what we needed from our own mothers.

What they were able to give us, what they simply didn’t know how to give, and the things we may still quietly wish had been different.

I think there is a time in a woman’s life when she has to stop waiting for someone else to go back and give her what she needed then.

Not because it didn’t matter. It mattered enormously.

But because we are women now, and there is something incredibly powerful about learning to offer ourselves the tenderness, protection, attention and love we once hoped would come from somewhere else.

And I also don’t believe we are meant to do all of that alone.

This is one of the reasons women gathering together matters so deeply to me.

There is something that happens when you sit in a room with women who are willing to be real.

When you don’t have to perform, fix anything, explain yourself away or make your life sound prettier than it is.

You get to speak. You get to listen. You get to be witnessed without someone immediately trying to tell you what to do.

You get to experience what it feels like to be seen and heard with love and compassion.

My Women’s Circles have become a place for exactly this.

We don’t come together because our lives are broken. We come together because women need places where we can tell the truth about our lives, remember ourselves outside of all the roles we carry, and be in the company of other women doing the same.

Maybe we cannot change what we received.

But we can become very intentional about what we give ourselves now.

And sometimes, part of that is choosing better rooms to sit in.

If you’ve been wanting a room like this, my Women’s Circle Registration for this year is open.

Send me CIRCLE and I’ll send you the details.

Women-do you plan things with ideas of joy, moments, memories?

Everyone does to some degree.

But there needs to be surrender involved too.

We cannot make people join us, or make the sun shine.

We have to be able to place things on the table and then feed ourselves too.

Ain’t nothing perfect about this trip.
Maybe it was all here to remind myself to put on my own oxygen mask first.

Oh the woman I once was.
Sometimes we hear or see something that slams us in the face and reminds us of the old days-good or bad.

Today was one of those moments and the tears streamed down my face.

If I could just turn back time-knowing everything I know now-how different I would be.

I would have sat still longer, played more, not worried about the “things”.

I would have known I was loved and cherished. I would have known how to be alone and felt safe in my skin.

Would. Would. Would. Bha!

That is no place to live in-regret. Suffering. Shame. Blame.

Everything that I went though, that caused me pain, that drove me and spread me thin, built me into the Woman I am today.

I am fiercely committed to helping other women catch themselves before they experience the feeling of “too late” that she can hold herself up and grow in whatever stage of life she is.

Not to fall prey to some obscure narrative but to follow their own heart and truth.
